Steamed pork with curry paste / Curry pork custard (Hor-Mok) Steamed Coconut Chili Paste with mix pork. Thai dish cooked by steaming. My clip that pork is the main ingredient. Mix with spice and knead together. Then wrap in banana leaves which is a Thai style.

Cutting banana leaves into 5-6 inch rounds and then pleating the edges and securing them with toothpicks to little bowls.
*can use stapler instead small bamboo pin.
